ok, so I instaled the latest version of winamp. and now, I've been having problems with Windows explorer. I keep getting windows errors.
I suspect it's a winamp problem?
or could it be that jaws10 doesn't work quite well with winamp just yet.
Any suggestions as to what version to download?
thanks,

Ray

What specificly are the errors that you are getting.
One of the things i've learnt about winamp however, is that it does like to vomit in you're face from time to time. I've known a lot of people who've just had to reinstall it in the end.
I'm currently running jaws 10, and the newest winamp is working fine for me.

I don't know but i've always heard the older versions are better with jaws.

everytime I start a song, I always get error reports saying winamp has encountered an error, and needs to close.

i've upgraded to the latest version and have no problems at all. try uninstalling winamp completely and reinstalling. that has solved issues for me a couple times now

Winamp is very temperamental like that. As I said, a number of times you just have to reinstall it, and the problem is fixed.

I run winamp 2.95. As far as I kow, there is really no reason to upgrade.
